Who we are
ARABWLAN — Wireless Solutions ("ARABWLAN", "we") provides wireless engineering services and operates this website and the ARABWLAN customer portal.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, company and your message); account details if you register; project information, files and messages you share in the portal; and technical data such as IP address and browser type used for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver and support our services, send service emails (for example quote, invoice and ticket notifications), keep accounts secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, file storage), under contracts that protect it, or where the law requires.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing, by emailing privacy@arabwlan.com.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, two-factor authentication for staff and audit logging.
