In-room design, conference capacity and a PMS-integrated guest journey.

The challenge

Guests complained about weak signal in rooms and slow Wi-Fi during conferences. The corridor design couldn't penetrate bathrooms and thick walls.

What we did

Compared in-room and corridor designs and moved to in-room APs on the floors that needed it.

Sized ballrooms and meeting rooms for conference peaks on 5 and 6 GHz.

Integrated the guest portal with the PMS for room-number login and premium tiers.
